To ensure this balance between safety and security we provide the Engineering Services for Mag Lock permits.  As a Certificate of Authorization holder we are able to create and stamp the necessary drawings for your mag lock permit.

Full Permit

• Produce Electrical drawing detailing Electrical specifications and Door Types
• Creation of Floor Plan detailing Mag locations, fire pulls and emergency lighting – customer to supply ACAD floor plan and mag lock locations
• provide Engineers stamp on all documentation

Full Permit Up to two Mags……….…………………………                $1,450.00

Full Permit Up to six Mags……….…………………………                 $1,950.00

Full Permit Up to ten Mags……….…………………………                $2,450.00

Permits over ten Mag Locks will be quoted on a project by project basis.

Creation of CAD drawings from pdf or pictures quoted on a project by project basis.

 

Other Services – $167.00/Hr

• Review and or creation of fire interface drawing
• Review of entire permit for accuracy
• Physical presence at the test with fire department and/or building department
• Dispute resolution with AHJ
